Developed in a team of 5 during the Mini Jame Gam 20,
which took place over a weekend.
Our game ranked 6th out of 46 and we placed 2nd in the graphics category :)
My responsibilities were:
- Creating pixel assets
- Sourcing and editing style-fitting royalty-free pixel art
- Making pixel animations
- Assembling the first level via assets and adding more pixels

I hadn't really worked with pixel art before, so I spent some time researching first.
To have a point of orientation, I made some quick sketches of the character(s) on paper before pixeling them (using Clip Studio Paint).
I had so much fun creating the animations!
